Wandsworth’s parks received special recognition for remarkable improvement in the annual report released by Parks for London. Our parks reached eighth place this year, soaring 13 spots since the last report.

The Good Parks for London 2024 report, a two-yearly assessment of London borough park services, was released on Thursday 24th October, the theme of this year’s report is Collaborative Solutions

Good progress continues to be made on the Putney Bridge project to improve safety and accessibility on and around the bridge. The council’s team remains on track to complete all works by mid-December. Recent milestones have brought significant improvements for local traffic and public transport.
